Efficient, reliable and knowledgeable. Technician assessed the problem immediately and fixed it. I've had other warranty companies that their technicians were not knowledgeable at all or I had to pay double for cost repairs while the warranty company paid only 1/3 of my price.

Went above and beyond. My furnace needed a part, they went and got the part and returned immediately.One day they identified the problem and fixed it.
