I had fast reliable service. It was handled within a week. They consistently sent emails and texts informing me of when the repair company would be coming and scheduled.

The first time I called about a cash option I chose, the representative wasn't helpful. I call back July 7 and had a much better experience. The first person listened and referred me to another department/person, who was helpful in submitting needed info that was required for the cash payment option I choose to be processed. I'm grateful. They have been really good over all this last time I'm still waiting for my cooktop range and it's been 5 months or more
