Good service. Annual contract pricing has become expensive. I am Considering switching companies.

I've had to use my plan twice. One was a nightmare that almost made me cancel and the other went very well
Air conditioning leakage of water, repair and out to house in less than 30 minutes.

I've had a claim for a Repair on my dryer and we agreed that since I'm in a remote location that they would just replace it because the cost would be too high to get a service guy to my house So after I paid the 75 dollar service fee American Home Shield somebody thought it might be funny to send me a check for $204 instead of the full refund value of the dryer
They always responded to my calls promptly and got the Job done.
