The contractor that came out was nice. Unfortunately, it's still doing it was doing before, so he didn't really fix anything. I wasn't sure if I should contact American Home Shield or if I should call AT Appliances to see what I should do. But I just haven't had time to do it. I used to think that AHS wasn't really worth the money. But it seems like the air conditioner goes out every summer and the heater goes out every winter. And they always come out to fix it. Service man is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I've been with American Home Shield for over 10 years. They've fixed our AC when it has gone out. Most times, they've been timely with the replacement of appliances that weren't able to be fixed. Lately, it takes hours on end to get through to somebody at AHS though because of COVID. Still, when I submitted a claim for my washing machine, they sent Express Appliance and the techs from there did a good job.
