I have used the home warranty a few times in the past 3 years. Always had my issue repaired. Response is quick. I have been pleased with repairs to date.

The first ticket I opened was did not have the correct information. The first HVAC company couldn't make the repairs. The temperature dropped and the ticket was not considered an expedite. A second HVAC company was dispatched and diagnosed the problem and was resolved satisfactory. AHS did a good job with the majority of this issue with the exception of time it took to resolve considering the temperature.
Everything was outstanding about the repair & dealing with company. We opted to take the cash to buy our own dishwasher. We still have not received the check. It's been at least 2 weeks. I called & they said it was on the way. That was last week.
Response to problems has been quick, professional, and successfully accomplished.

My. Refrigerator went out and I chose replacement . It was going to cost more to fix and take longer, so i went to Lowes, bought a new one, it was a delivered the next sand thenAmerican Home Shield sent mr a check for their part.
