I submitted a claim with AHS online because the air conditioning wasn't cooling the house. I just followed the process and it was pretty easy and straightforward. It said I’d get a response within 24 hours. The service provided by the contractor was perfect. He did a strong, good evaluation. I had a contractor out earlier in the year, and he said everything was well. We are vary pleased with the service we got with from American home shield and the A.C. service that was used in this mater. The problem was taken care in a timely manner.
There is a good process for submitting the claim and as far as the customer experience American Home Shield provided, it was all good. Delta Appliance came out for a repair issue and they got it fixed. They were in and out. They were great – professional and courteous. It was a good experience.
American Home Shield is a great program and they're doing a wonderful job. They have a very easy and very good process for claims. They're also very efficient in getting somebody out there and on a timely manner. Everything is going good. I made a claim for my AC unit and the guy who came was very nice and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but great things to say about American Home Shield. They are always prompt to having someone handle my problem when I contact them. The contractors that handle the problem are always very professional and knowledgeable.
I've had American Home Shield for a while. This is my third location with them. I had Home Warranty before which came with this place. I went back to Home Shield as the contract expired with Home Warranty because I liked Home Shield. I like the experiences that I've had with them. They took care of the problem and at one of my homes, they replaced the dishwasher and my dryer. I’ve been pleased with Home Shield.
I went online to file a claim but when the website asks what the problem is, it only has a selective thing. I still would have preferred a box where I could have told American Home Shield exactly what was going on. That aside, everything went well. The technician from Summerbreeze was quick and efficient and everything is fine now.
Storm Electric came out twice. One was for one of the electrical sockets. My husband had rewired it wrong. The contractor did a great job and it took them no time at all to do the repair. They were on time, friendly, called the night before and came when they said they were coming. I like American Home Shield's promptness, usually.
Appliance Solutions was here for our dryer on a couple of different occasions after we submitted a claim to AHS. They were the ones who were chosen by AHS to come out and do the service. My husband said that they seemed very knowledgeable. When they came out the first time, they identified some potential parts that needed to be replaced and we were gonna order them.
