I felt air condition guy was very good or doing his job but I found out not true my air conditioning is not cooling the home like I said I don't know now
Not enough knowledge when an international call is answered, English not spoken well. Company plans are great but more training is need it.
When I had an issue they acted fast and had it repaired that day.
