Good experience with recent repair in home.
My washing machine was not spinning. They had someone out who said I needed a new washer. I ordeded it online e and they delivered jt ,connected it very prodessional.

We LOVE the insurance and the process. We just don't always love the repair teams and the lack of speed. We can wait days for resolve. We also often feel they lack access to appropriate parts and that the repair is not always that great. Talking to a human at your end is painful and frequently not helpful.
