Fairly good. Only one issue, and it's a BIG one. Three weeks without air conditioning. No reason for that!! Customer service has been extremely slow. In addition to that, the customer service agent couldn't explain why the "out of pocket" price was so high. Stated that I needed to contact the air conditioning company and ask "why the charges are so high"? Limited number of companies/3rd vendors with bad reviews work with AHS. If the repair is simple and easy, then there will not be any problem. If the technician can not repair, then he looks to find a big problem to prove there is no coverage. In the contract, it is mentioned that if they can not repair an appliance, they should replace it. It will happen if it is kitchen faucet or fridge filter. If it is AC or Washer and dryer, the case is different.
