The sub contractors are truly professional, even when dispatched to a product they are not authorized to repair. My recent experience with my Florida water to air heat pump is a classic example.The technician advised me upon arrival that he was heating and cooling trained, but never worked on a geo thermal unit. Fortunately the unit was intermittent and has worked fine for the past week. I have used this companyy for major appliance repairs in the past and both times the diagnostics and repairs were flawless.

Have had to call them on a couple of issues after moving in to my new place. they had a vendor contact me that same day. Fast service.
OUR EXERIENCE HAS BEEN MIXED. SOME DAYS VERY RESPONSIVE AND OTHERW NOT SO MUCH.
I was worried about jumping through a lot of hoops, but AMS was the easiest experience I can imagine. I contacted them on a Monday, had an appointment with a repair person on Tuesday. The washing machine couldn't be repaired, so I selected a brand new replacement on Wednesday. The following Wednesday, the new washer was delivered and installed.
AHS has been extremely easy to work with for scheduling purposes and all repairs made have worked out well.
Very professional and I feel very secure knowing I have this protection for my house.
Right now I'm waiting on reimbursement from two approved services; one was recently submitted so I would not expect that one yet, but the other was submitted awhile ago.
