Always available for questions and answers. Good communication. Updates on time and schedule is very nice. The only negative is you cant choose which contractor you want to use for repair.

Because the door on my microwave did not have a replacement part the service person checked and said that they would have to replace the microwave because there was no repair. American Home Shield asked if the door would still close . The service person said yes however the bushings were worn out. AHS said that they would have to get a second oponion
always had 3 service with them and they work in a timely manner

Timely and dependable service over the course of my contract. I've had multiple issues back to back and each were fixed to my satisfaction
They respond promptly assign a qualified company. The service people explain what they are doing and then do it. All have been courteous, helpful and kind. I have been with the company for 11 years. My only disappointment was the small amount they paid when my air conditioners died.
They have taken care of our microwave and washer when the need arose. They sent out a tech and was determined we needed a new microwave and washer.
