One situation and the response was quickly, the professional person they sent was exactly what I was looking for. He address and corrected my problem. The first time I called was an issue of removing one old washer and connecting a new one. That was in January and I wish I would have gotten the same person to schedule, but he said they could not schedule it. There was no explanation for it except no. They are willing to work with me on finding a vendor. I live in Key West and finding good companies can be a challange.
