The plumber came and replaced our water heater on a Sunday because we had company coming to spend a few days and we had no hit water. Very helpful and considerate.

Online reporting and easy to schedule repairs. No "emergency repairs" as part of the service. A/C is essential in the South, health hazards if it is broken and unrepaired for days.

Quick response to our needs to get our refrigerator fixed. Once it was determined it was not fixable, the communication was great about working towards a replacement.

What I don't like is that the price has gone up over the last 20-30 years ...imagine that :-) What I do like is that AHS has been worth every penny for us. The service has been prompt - even when the contractors had issues with the fix on a couple occasions. The service calls were easy to make, the contractors were quickly dispatched and friendly and informative - and not ever condescending to a woman - which should be the norm, but often isn't.
