I had multiple appliances with problem. They were all diagnose as unable to repair. All of my appliances were replaced. One of the item was not available in the shopping site, so I was offered a cash out option. I shop outside and found an appliance of my liking. I sent all of the supporting documents of the cost to AHS. I received a check reimbursement g to for the money that I spent purchasing my appliance. Very happy with how’s my case was handle.

Most vendors are excellent. But when there is a vendor that does not do as expected, the customer is required to wait for the vendor to repeatedly mess up before the American Home Shield fixes the problem. That is very disappointing. This is the purpose of the contracted services from the beginning (intent of avoiding this type of runaround).
I like the ease of getting things done when it comes to my warranty items.

I have been very happy with all of our services until the recent washing machine repair. The company assigned to repair my washer was incompetent and unable to repair the machine. AHS reassigned the repair to another service, but they were unable to schedule us until June 14. The original repair request was put in just before Memorial Day. That's a long time to be without a washing machine.
