Technician was very competent, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Definitely an example of excellence!
AHS is friendly, efficient and professional. They rectified the problem very quickly.
Work was done qiickly
Vendors were professional explained the possible cause and repaired/ replaced.
The request was sent in and within 24 hours a technician was dispatched. They arrived within an hour of contact. They did not resolve the problem. It was not covered under the warranty agreement.
The GE repairman was here, identified the problem and ordered a part. He came back within a week and installed the part.
I have been a member of American home shield for over 8 years and I have never had any issues. Needless to say being a member for over Eight years, I am totally satisfied with american home shield.
Very satisfactory although it took 4 days to get an appt to have my sinks unplugged. It would have helped if I could have been referred to another company who could have responded sooner. The company did an excellent job and were very professional and helpful
Very responsive to me situation ad was able to resolve quickly.
