The process was quite simple and the work was quick and effective. Definitely solved our issue, quickly.
Service calls are quick to respond. Tying to get immediate service is suspect coming from some of the vendors
Had a problem, reported it, American Home Shield took it from there, it was addressed and fixed. No complaints from me.
I’ve contracted with several home warranty companies over the decades. AHS has been the best by far because they assign a service professional immediately, speeding up the process . A year ago my 17 year old water heater died., Within 24 hours a new one was installed. I paid 125 for service fee for which I got a brand new quality water heater installed with old one hauled away. I could not be happier with AHS, it is the best of the best based on my decades of experience with such companies.
I was really happy with American Home shield until recently. For the 8 yrs I’ve been in my home I’ve had the same contractors come to my home for my ancient HVAC system. It did break down & the repair was quickly approved. However, the contractor they sent out was BEYOND rude. If it wasn’t so hot, I would have thrown him out of my house. He overcharged me for an item they didn’t use. American home shield is investigating that & hopefully I will see some of that money back.
