Easy to place request, quick response and updates, issues have all been addressed to my satisfaction, except the random leak of my dishwasher.

I had multiple appliances with problem. They were all diagnose as unable to repair. All of my appliances were replaced. One of the item was not available in the shopping site, so I was offered a cash out option. I shop outside and found an appliance of my liking. I sent all of the supporting documents of the cost to AHS. I received a check reimbursement g to for the money that I spent purchasing my appliance. Very happy with how’s my case was handle.
The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and resolved the problem.
Service was provided in a timely manner. I was kept in the loop. Technician was quick & efficient.
