I had multiple appliances with problem. They were all diagnose as unable to repair. All of my appliances were replaced. One of the item was not available in the shopping site, so I was offered a cash out option. I shop outside and found an appliance of my liking. I sent all of the supporting documents of the cost to AHS. I received a check reimbursement g to for the money that I spent purchasing my appliance. Very happy with how’s my case was handle.

We purchased a home two years ago. Not long after, our AC/Heating unit went out. American Home Shield found a technician and replaced the unit. It was a great experience with minimal cost on our end!
