Don't like the 75 charge every time. They also have limits to what they will cover.. ex: fault replacement is only partial payment not whole price.
Everything was great except the response time of getting somebody out here to look at my refrigerator. It took three weeks to get somebody out here and another two weeks to get them back out to actually fix it. The company that came out was very professional and prompt.
Because they are the absolute Best .They give efficient service , They respond to your request ASAP, They have the greatest respect for their clients and I never have to worry about a recall on any service that has bee. rendered to. me. Satisfaction guaranteed.
Customer service is good but every year prices keep going up for service calls
