Twice I had problems The first was the fridge insulation and they replaced the whole fridge for me promptly The second was the the exhaust fan and the problem was fixed in minutes Both times professionalisms was demonstrated throughout
When my garbage disposal quit working, I filed that claim online. I've used the website before. It's easy to get on it and it works great. I always hear the contractors would be out within 24 hours and that's what the website tells you. And you usually hear sooner than that but it always says you'll hear within 24. Red Wing Plumbing & Heating was awesome. Glenn was great. He's been here once before. He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, gets it done, and cleans up.
My heat pump was not working. I have had several companies in here trying to repair this and nobody can repair it. I spent $576 out of my pocket before American Home Shield was involved. I submitted a claim online and their website was pretty user-friendly. I was to pay American Home Shield $100 before they could send someone out and the person was supposed to be knowledgeable on automated home, which they were not. I have been very impressed with AHS. No problem in contacting them and getting a timely response. They maintain a good network of solution providers and stay on top of them. I live in a small town area and are impressed with this service. Good Job.
Customer service is the BEST! Everyone should have an American Home Shield policy. You can not beat the quality of the repairs. Techs arrive on time and resolve all issues quickly.
We purchased the home in June of last year and we got the American Home Shield insurance right after that. It was recommended to us by the Realtor who also helped us out. Submit claims with American Home Shield is fairly easy. I placed a phone call and explained my situation. They were able to get me set up with a technician quickly. Majestic Custom Construction came out and took a look at our AC unit. It was not working properly, so they ended up replacing the thermostat.
Service Contractors of Texas came out and our AC claim went very smoothly and quickly.
contractor was diligent in finding problem and repairing. Took a little while to find repair kit but he communicated what was happening and once kit was found he came and installed.
The contractor from Whirlpool was super nice and did a really great job. He came here and made sure that he was wearing gloves, especially with all this going on. The repair was a lot faster than we thought. When the guy originally put in the order, he wasn’t sure that they were gonna have the part. Then they called and if they could come out at that time.
