I have used AHS for years and problem resolution can take up to 2 weeks or more. Not good when your refrigerator is not working.
I have gotten good service from a vendor that is schedule to come to my home.

Called them twice about washing machine, once for the a/c unit, once for the refrigerator, once for the garbage disposal and sink, and once for leaking bathroom faucets and in each case service was prompt, the service personnel were courteous (even advised on how to prevent the problem again, what the best products were and what they themselves preferred. Found 14 dollars in my washer and instead of pocketing it returned it to me.) Customer service is as expected for a company that says they're the best. st
