I am a satisified customer with AHS. i just had to replace my garage opener and my heating and air unit all at the same time. AHS sent both contractors out immediately to resolve the problems with my unit and the garage opener. Southern Comfort did an awsome job with the Air Conditioner and their clean up.
ALWAYS PROMPT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD . easy to talk to reps.. and Response and Service Turn around time is very Quick and Timely .. I'm very pleased with the company and service providers that we have had.. .. We have been using this Company for the better part of 2 DECADES and never had an issue..

I received excellent service from both AHS as well as the appliance repair company they sent to repair the 42year old wall oven at my house. The oven Modern Maid is no longer even produced, but the technician from Burton's Appliance managed to find the parts and expertly repair the oven. Great job done by AHS and David Burton of Burton's Appliance.

I initiated service call in June, but did not receive completion of services until August! Too much back and forth between AHS and contractor regarding approval of equipment and costs
It took to long for the piece to come in to fix my shower . The tech that came out to put the piece on was very generious and professional .
Sigmond Plumbing did an excellent job in replacing our water heater. They came the next day to check it out and found a leak so they contacted American Home Shield with the assessment and indicated that it needed to be replaced. They came the next day and replaced it that evening. They were very professional and courteous. I would not have anyone else service my plumbing needs. Outstanding service!
