Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Easy to schedule service and contractors are generally good.
I had a leaking Kitchen faucet in early June 2017 and AHS assigned Ken Tyler Plumbing who showed up 3 days later 3 hours late. he took the item apart and said he needed to get parts and would return the next day to finish the job.Ken Ty;er plumbing never showed up so I called them. never got any repose after 9 calls to him and weekly calls to AHS customer service. Service provider was thorough and efficient in handling our Central Unit issues. We eventuality ended up with a new downstairs Central Unit as a result of his diagnosis of the issues. Very satisfied with this service provider.
It was fine. My washing machine couldn't be repaired so AHS offered me money instead. Based on what was here they gave the choice of buying with them or a check. I choose a check because I wanted an upgrade from what was here when I bought the house 2 years ago. I faxed them a copy of my receipt and they mailed me a check. They did not let me know they received the fax so that is a minus. I needed call to check and wait on hold for an hour which is typically with AHS for about a year now. I had my winter A/C maintenance done by Cote's mechanical. They always do a great job. The people that work for them are courteous ans prodessional.
On time and fixed the issue with no hassle
Always covered whatever I called about. You need to upgrade your call in response system,very hard to call in and get help,always on hold for half an hour or longer. That's your only downfall .
