AHS replaced my stainless steel refrigerator. Very pleased with their service. Great company.
The service that was provided with the refrigerator was great however experience I had with the busted water line under the slab was a living nightmare they did not repair they did not pay for anything to be repaired that paid to have the hole dug in my floor which was left uncovered holes in my wall left on complete and was all left up to me to take care of
AHS is true to its word. They have not only streamlined their process for requesting a claim, the response is very nearly immediate. The warranties they offer are very affordable and customizable. I am very pleased with AHS.
Always the most attentive, professional service companies - showing the choice AHS makes in who it works through to take care of customers is top notch.
Pro: for only a minimal service fee I have 13 major items in my home covered for parts and labor. Labor is the most expensive part. Recently, I learned that for just one service fee ( mine is $125 per visit) I can group numerous repairs at one time for the one same service fee. I like that. I was very happy with my experience with AHS when my water heater quit working. I reported it via computer and received a prompt reply with a referral to a service company. Since the problem happened on a week-end the plumber came out on Monday. He fixed the problem, checked out the water heater completely and even discovered that some of my circuit breakers had been mislabeled for over 20 years. He fixed those as well. He was very professionable and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service.
Initially my service was great, then subpar contractors were sent out, but recently great contractors were sent out. It was almost luck of the draw type of help.
I have AHS service contract for over 20 years to cover appliances in my house. Overall I am very satisfied with the coverage whenever I needed service to fix the problems. AHS is prompt in responding to my requests for service and follows up until the issue is resolved. My only negative comment is time it takes to reach the AHS agent when the issue escalates to repair or replace if the parts are not available. It takes average 45 minutes on phone to get agent online.
Always there when you need.them. The professional and they are always very helpful with your problem. And they take only a few days to take care of your problem .
