I've never had issues with AHS until a recent claim that honestly infuriated me. Feel free to reach out for the full story or just look at the notes on my pool pump claim

My dishwasher broke in Nov 2022. On Jan 4, 2023 Sears said they cannot fix it & submitted it to AHS for replacement. I have called AHS every 3 days since asking for it to be resolved. I am told every 3 days that I will have it resolved in 24-48 hours guaranteed. I just called again today 01/27/23 & am now being told I have to start all over with sears even though they closed out my ticket saying that it cannot be fixed, it needs to be replaced. If it wasn't paid upfront by another person I would cancel. They never get back to me after multiple calls for the same issues, only promises that someone will get back to me. They send service persons that are extremely rushed and don't complete the jobs. The "technician needs to speak to AHS and will get back to you" but they never do.

Con artist. They provided equipment for my house that was not adequate for my house now we do not have heat due to the equipment they provided and they want me to pay $6000 to upgrade electric which is at their fault

I keep getting optimum appliances as my contractor. Anthony F super glued a part together on my ice maker so it asked a little over a month before I had to request another. He said the dishwasher was off balance and rolled the feet down but never checked to see if it was level. It ran once and then quit again. Now he won't even answer his emails, text or phone calls to come back again.

Terrible experience as i was told i could not talk to a supervisor. Had a water leak that i could not shut off and they could only find one company to take the order and they could not come that day and gave me a 4 hour window the next day: i could not turn off the main waterline and literally had to rent a wet vac and dump so many buckets of water. When I enrolled in AHS. Many many years ago, I had the understanding that when I had a issue it would be repaired correctly. Not the case, it's just patched. My toilet was not flushing and all of the insides were bad & needed to be replaced.all that was replaced was the flushing part. The chain was rusted and the flapper needed to be replaced. AHS ONLY does the minimal, nothing else.

Sent a repair company out that gave us a list of thing on our AC that needed repaired but since I walked around with the technician, I knew he didn't check out those things. Requested a second opinion and I was correct. Also been waiting on a washer to be repaired for 32 days.
