I fold a claim on February 23 and nothing has happened yet! I was first assigned to Conerlys Electric and never received a call from them. Next I was assigned Miracle Electric and after 2 days the guy came by at 5:15 did a work order and as of today I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I pay my monthly bill and send in the $100 service fee and as of this day I’m still writhing for the work order to be authorized. What is really going on!!!

Horrible company, they are a complete scam. they deny all your claims and will not refund you your money when they tell you they can't cover your property

When I signed up, I was told that include was a free pre-season HVAC tune up. Ot was in writing with my account summary page in mt contract. When I cslled the first time to schedule, i was told it had not been set upp in my area and to call back in a couple of days which i did. Now the associate told me i was not covered. I think it's ok. When we started we had a monthly rate and every year you have gone up considerably we are at a high monthly rate. I do not understand how you go up a lot monthly ever year. I've had very mixed experiences. Some issues have been resolved very easily but with my air conditioning I was repeatedly sent incompetent contractors and charged me for multiple visits for the same issue. It actually took years to resolve and we went a whole summer without Air conditioning while my wife was sick and pregnant. I called many times and tried to escalate the issue and get reimbursed for all the charges but to no avail. When my contract expires I will be finding a new home warranty company
