authorized then denied the repair of evap. cooler never notified me but told the appliance repair company they were going to deny the claim, too hot is a health issue for my wife and I with asma and COPD.

The company that they sent out to fix our AC had poor customer service and didn't even give us time to get to the door when they came. I called them and they would not answer or even return my calls. When I called American Home Shield they weren't very helpful, but most importantly, I had a customer service issue and requested to speak with a manager. We had a good experience with the company sent to repair our dishwasher. That was done quickly and efficiently. The company which came to fix our light switches, City, has been a headache. One of two requested light switches was fixed. The repairman refused to fix the other one. He did a cosmetic change-out of a plate and switch but never fixed the switch. Use a lot of subpar companies. I am still waiting on a part for my washer since November 2022. It is supposed to be on back order. Will cancel my contract in June 2023.

I rated that way because the policy is a SCAM. Claim denied because a made up reason. Stated that it was due to a code up. Again, flat out lie. Our water heater was replaced because it was 12 years old and it physically stopped working. Will be reporting this company to CA Department of Insurance.

My oven has stopped working in November. Avhs will replace it but as of now, there is still none available. I understand there's not much they can do about that but they're only giving me a minimal amount of money to try to replace it - and it has to be purchased from Lowe's. I'm very frustrated because I can't cook here at the holidays for my family.

I’ve had AHS for over 13 years, within the last two or 3 years they must have out sourced their call center to India and you cannot be transferred to a supervisor. Please move the call center back to the USA. And please allow us to be transferred to a supervisor that has English as their first language.
