We are having a major issue with a blockage in one of our indoor drainage systems. After sending the same company our twice, neither time did they check the inside drains where the problem is stemming from. They went straight to the outside septic both times they came. I called AHS only to be told the inside drains weren't covered by our warranty. WHAT?? It's a home warranty!!! So I wonder why I pay them every month for something that I can't use when I need it. My first service request was for a hot water heater and it was denied die to age, even though they say age appliance doesn't matter. They even let me get a second opinion for another service fee, knowing full well they were going to deny it. So $250 later I had to hire my own plumber to fix my hot water heater. The company never sent me an email that was promised bt 3 representative s saying why it was denied.

Help center in Philippines- no documentation of extra work required, vendor took 2 weeks to return ohonecalls

The money that I pay every month, the problem is once I need something replaced it is replaced with cheap products.

I was very upset is it took six times for somebody to come out and it's still not working 100% but I'm really over it I definitely will be canceling.

They are finding cheapest methods to Honor their contract and don't take priority of life as emergencies. I personal own a brokerage that has referred hundreds of families to them an 3 personal accounts myself and the last three service calls have been outrageous and ridiculous to say the least. Shopping for competition currently to serve families for me going forward.

Service tech great, friendly, but two weeks to get washer serviced is UN acceptable. Then when issue developed with that repair was told "call AHS" to get a "new" service request (hence another service call fee!) scheduled. This AHS is a scam

3 phone calls concerning the pro contractor service offered through AHS. 3 representatives didn't understand about it. The dryer vent cleaning I just had was so confusing. I was told to only pay online. So, I called and asked about s link to pay. One representative argued that I didn't have a service appointment, another assured me that I had already paid(I hadn't of course), and the third said that AHS couldn't help me with that request.

They have a horrible customer service they don't repair your broken stuff they don't have any technicians available they're really really bad customer service really bad
