It took 3 weeks for my refrigerator to be fixed. They just increased the monthly fee by fifteen dollars which makes it unaffordable to me. I will have to cancel in August when my year is up. Up to this point, I would have recommended it to anyone.

It's taken over 6 months for my hvac to get fixed

I purchased this warranty thinking it would provide peace of mind and help. But, i went weeks without having my AC fixed. the offshore team was rude and unknowledgeable and didn't provide much assistance. After finding someone ourself, having someone come assess, we were then told the claim was denied.

For my Refrigerator, it took almost one year to get them to confirm I could buy a replacement. The Refrigerator kept on freezing inside. The decision makers kept sending the tech and he replacement the item twice but, he knew it would not work. So, it too close to 1 year. Most all the other issues were taken care of without delays. This is "why" I gave this rating It was bad and good.
The service was excellent. ordering the service was good. My request I asked 2x by phone about my order status, I was hung up and no answer given. I rate the phone service very poor. Matter of fact they said my order was complete and I was still asking questions

It’s been two weeks and we are still without hot water. The contractor ordered the incorrect size and it was dented. We are still waiting for it to be installed.

It is extremely difficult to work with AHS. There is a high degree of customer involvement in coordinating with the technicians. Many hours are spent on the phone. The technicians don't fully complete work and AHS will double charge to send someone else out to fix the original techncians' missteps.

I requested service in September for microwave repair the contractor came and diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. I had appointments setup and the contractors constantly canceled on me so now it's almost November and I still have a broken microwave and I reached out to the contractor as well as American home shield and I am not pleased with the results. Until now I have had decent results with American home shield
