I usually have to make many phone calls to phone techs I can't understand to get companies with bad reviews out to my house to fix anything. And they just do the bare minimum and don't return and finish the job

The company operates like a scam. They take your money, make you believe you are getting a good warranty for your home and then they make it extremely difficult to have anything repaired or replaced. There are many fees involved. I was even charged to fee to cancel my policy.

My washing machine broke they had somebody come out and look at it the technician told him it was not wear and tear I called the manufacturer and they said it was wear and tear and Home Shield will not pay for it to get fixed so I had to go buy a new one on my own so I'm going to look for a different place to go

I am still waiting to get a quote on a bath tub replacement from the plumbers that addressed my problem on Friday, March 24.

The worse experience I have ever had with a home insurance company , nothing gets fixed unprofessional and non reliable.

Ver poor service . Highly priced for a very poor service. No action is taken care if poor quality service is provided,, even if the vendor they send cheats lies and represents try to sell their services. If customer services is contacted they do not commit anything., Vendors take advantage try to sell their services at an expense price openly they do not even talk to AHS. I had to go to Home Depot finally to fix this. There are no checks and controls on vendors even if reported .
