a technician was assigned and there literally no follow up or resolution afterwards. I followed up using the online chat and by phone multiple times and still no resolution.

The tech did a “bandage instead of a repair or replace. The heater burners will not stay lit without the inspection cove removed. Seems like a safety hazard to me. If it can’t be back to factory, it should have been replaced. I paid $100 for the tech to do most nothing of a service. This was not satisfactory to me or anything but

I feel lied to, first person came to my house said there was an issue with my a/c, follow up came to fix it said nothing was wrong it's my insulation and he doesn't need to look at the first person reports. That he was there to make problems disappear

My coverage includes "air conditioning" and then has a list of exceptions. When I needed a new damper for my system, it was not listed on the exceptions list but they still did not cover the repair. Under this "logic," they can deny anything they want. I definitely will not be renewing my contract and have contacted the BBB.
