I have been waiting since May 19th for my service request and nothing is done to date. I was give two appointments and no vender.

Because of the contracts used are not professional when rendering services. They do only part of the repairs and then you are stuck finishing it.

It has been 3 weeks and there is no spare part for my microwave oven. No solution in sight.
After 2 visits over a week, the technician found (possibly unintentionally broke) the evaporator coil on the working upstairs AC system. The AMS contractor wanted to us to pay $725 to replace the broken coil. I didn't understand why I would pay since its malfuntion was deemed by the contractor to be normal wear and tear. The AHS contract does not specify AHS's exceptions or limitation to the repair or replace in the contract.
