Company’s vendors do not diagnose things correctly and are very dishonest

almost 3 months to fix the problem. They only sent one technician who knew how to do the job and that poor young kid Juan they sometimes didn't get the parts to that he needed in order to finish off jobs. Juan was actually just the best person to talk to at Wallace. Everybody else was a joke. I told Juan go work for Hess air (I know the owners he can give them my contact info) or demand a raise or get some people under you or something

We'll I can't even change the review scores, witch is so strange, they hire companies that find fault in things, like my garage door, the Ace company, witch I would never recommend, they said my garage door was broken due to expensive force, WHAT, I only used the garage opener, they clearly hire company's to LIE to get money so they don't have to pay, I wouldn't this company AT ALL

They don't follow up on their contractors. I had one that didn't complete the job and i am still waiting for a replacement battery since January
