The contracted co. did not perform the work but marked it complete. Working with AHS was like pulling teeth to get the issue rectified. Terrible customer service from the contracted co. as well as AHS. I plan on canceling service.

All in all a reliable company, but 3 days for a water heater replacement is below standard in my book Hot water is essential. I have been paying premiums for years and would expect next day replacement. To make matters worse, I lost wages because I was told my water heater would be replaced on Friday. It wasn't.

My refrigerator ice maker was not working from the door dispenser but the filtered dispenser was. I called AHS to have someone come fix the ice maker and the technician came out and fixed it. After he completed the job I tried the ice dispenser and it worked, was very pleased. When I tried the water dispenser it no longer worked. Very unhappy! I had a lot of trouble getting a response after the contractor came out. When escalating, or asking for help i continuously just got a script. It took too long to escalate and everyone kept saying the same thing.

ASH is a excellent company, but it takes too long for contractor to come diagnose my appliance.

They paid to replace my water heater (ONLY). I had to pay the “uncovered “ costs of $865 to the plumber to bring the new one up to to “codes”! READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE!

I was able to get someone on the line but getting my problem resolved was another story. It took months for the repair person to come over. I never received a call as to what the hold up was. I repeatedly called them with follow up once! Still my oven is not fixed. I have called back and no return call

This address belonged to my mother until June 30th of 2022. She talked to me of the denials she received due to, "Not Covered", claims when she clearly had a problem. By the time I heard of the problem, it was well over the 30 days to complain period. Well, now I am the owner and I see her point. My first problem and AHS did not take care of me as their customer.
