I came back to this co. Because of Choice Warranty rates were high only to get my 1st claim I paid $125. And that's $40 more than Choice.

When having dryer fixed the first business assignment was awful, never called to set appointment then called and was on wsy. I wasn't home so rescheduled and they never came, took over 3 months to have repaired. The next business was absolutely wonderful came right away and was very professional.

We have 4 cars and a home shield . My air conditioner went out and IV been getting the runaround for 6 hours of on hold, callbacks, etc. My husband is in life support and we can seem to get anyone to our home to fix the problem. It has been a !omg hot day w interior heat in the home of almost a 100 degrees. Iv been patient buy patience is running out in fear my husband may be pushed to the limit of heat exhaustion. you raised the price $250 on my tiny house. I have been a costumer since at least 1994 with one or more of my houses. it's pretty outrageous to raised the price that much in one year!

They have always been a pain to deal with. Most representatives are uncaring and lack empathy. Only 1-2 reps I dealt with actually seemed to care. Nearly all of my claims have been denied. Not sure why I continue to give this company $750+ per year.

They rip you off and promise what they cannot deliver is my experience for over a year with them. The call with customer service often is over an hour each time and it is very frustrating. As a member, I was charged over $125 service fees for a kitchen faucet leak as they made it sound as if it was a modification for the replacement of the leaked faucet. There are a number of companies that do not want to work with AHS. I've had to find my own plumber and then submit for reimbursement "Less" the service fee. Why should I pay a service fee when none was provided

I've had to call them 3 times to stop sending me messages saying I owe a service fee that I never received !!!!
