Out of three appliances request, only one was completed successfully.One was declined unceremoniously and perhaps fraudeulently ie the frigde! The main issue the HVAC with duct work was not honored after been dragged out for months and after i have invested my own money to make sure i get repair done! i already paid for the first part of the repair by self and the second part the vendor refused to come back after giving flimsy excuses a nd wrong diagnoses for over months. American home shield has changed in the last two years. No matter what service you call for when their contractors come to fix the issue there are so many excuses why they can fix it or do anything. There answer is your home warranty won't let us do this or that. They just look at the issue without trying and make up stories why they can't fix it. I just had a service call for a clogged drain a very simple fix the plumber only. Had a large snake and said he didn't have smaller snakes to fix my drain. He is a plumbing company... read more

Lied to by 4 employees including a supervisor about install date & took 13 days to get water heater installed. 4 reschedules.

I called for a plumber and you guys gave me the run around! Also when I talked to customer service, I could not understand them. They were RUDE!! I asked to speak to an American and they were laughing at me in the background because I told them my toilet was plugged. Very unprofessional!! They said they could not find me a plumber. That I would have to find one on my own and that they would reimburse me! There are many plumbers close to where I live! I ended up paying for one out of my own pocket last week!
