Our appliance was replaced but the assigned technician refused to install it.

There is never all back. If you don’t keep on them they assume it has been resolved. When they make mistakes they never give you a refund on a service call.fee. Instead of sending out the same technician. They send a new one with an additional fee. Language barriers exist with their foreign call center. You ask for a corp number and the same response is given, that it’s been escalated. You never get a response.

Their appliance repair vendors are too slow. It took 2 months for my dishwasher and I am still waiting for an ice maker to be fixed. It has been 6 weeks. AHS approved the repair but it has not been done

Hvac not fixed The service guy sent out just put tape on the vent and said they were fine and I still have the same problem. Also whycash out not paid

Wording of the contract allows them to exclude nearly everything.

What rip off. Charged for air conditioner tune up than another charge to fix the problem found. $100 for tune up then $125 to fix. Tech siting on my prem. Rip off. Never again. I do not plan to renew

I paid your co-pay 3 times to fix an electrical problem in my home. None of these electricians would fix the problem, saying it didn’t need fixing. But it did need to be fixed. The 4th time my electricity gave out, I simply called a company myself and paid cash. They fixed it for under $200. Similar occurrence such as this happened, but the electrical problem was the biggest pain.

It seems that each time I call, instead of helping me resolve my concern. Home Shied Reps seem to find ways not to help. The only time I get help is when I reach out to the Corporate office.

If I could give less stars, I would. We had lived in our new home for about a month before our washer went out (came with the home). When they came to look, they informed us that it broke due to “excessive usage”… not sure how this was possible considering we had lived there for a month and had barely used it.. not to mention, we have been doing our own laundry for 25 years and have never had a problem. They were so unwilling to work with us, I can’t believe this is how they treat new customers. Complete scam if you ask me. ... read more
