I have a sump pump that went out, they said they would not cover the replacement of the sump pump when the contract said it would due to the fact is was connect to the foundation meaning in a basement it would not be covered, I don't have a basement and it is used to move water away from my foundation so when we have a huge rain storm it doesn't flood my dining room. The contract reads a permanent installed sump pump ground water only! that is what is was used for.

Absolutely terrible service - it took thirteen days, two reschedulings on their part and a no show to a third appointment (yes, I missed work to be stood up) before our sewage pump was repaired on the FOURTH attempt. Multiple calls to AHS and assigned vendor before work was finally completed, and then a $500 high end pump with replaced a cheap, inferior $120 model from a big box store. I kept getting numbers that were answered outside the USA with people who're very difficult to understand. they would say they set up andaopt. with a company, and the company never called. when I called that compan they said they were never contacted with a work order. ON one of those called the man had me take a picture of my fridge and show the vin number. he then took over my phone and tried to get other information. I then hung up. Knowing you have to do business w/ a company that you provide ( Loews) or you cannot replace your appliance is a rip off. If you could buy an appliance then send an invoice to get pd back you would not need insurance. You would have enough money to pay for your needs. Totally unfair to the consumer.

the first time the repair person was sent, he did not know the model of my washer - it took another week to get someone who did, he fixed it and the washer broke again - 3rd time around, the washer is working after 3 weeks of being without one

My ac claim was denied due a part that doesn't appear in the owner's manual for my unit as a part but AHS claims its a required part.

Usually I have no problem with AHS however my garage door stopped working and I placed a service order January 18 and as of today June 17 it still is not fixed. I keep getting the run around. This company should better ways of fixing problem contractors instead of giving customers the run around.

Only replace pieces of a/c so have problems every year. So we shop local for quicker better service to replace unit- our expense. AHS won't even pay the cheap cash out price they had said they would. I have sent adequate proof but asks for more. Used to be great 28 years ago when we got it. Has been going down ever since.
