Came to fix my leaking washer and no longer leaks, but right after repair the softener would not dispense. Came back out to do a recheck and said the softener was dispensing just fine even though a full cycle was not ran. I didn't call the company for a 3rd time due to having to take 3 different days off. We just use dryer sheets now.

Not all things are covered fully. Some things are and when they are it is great like our pool pumps were fixed to our satisfaction. But we had problems with our regregerator and they did not cover an under the counter refrigerator, even though a refrigerator is on our warranty list. Not sure how how things are chosen to be covered or not. They were unable to fix our washer and drier, finally, they said that they could not. We had to buy a new washer and drier.

Plumber coms rips out kitchen sink and garbage disposal. All sitting on my floor and tell me I have to pay for it because it wasn’t installed right. I had to pay him 600.00. After many calls to what they call customer service. Each call I had to start all over finally one said they give me back 300.00 because I was going to cancel they sent 54.00

38 days without AC and temperatures in the 90's. My assigned contractor walked away from the repair and told me to find someone else. Called another company and waiting for a part to arrive turning this mater over to my attorney to pursue legal remedy.

Was have a hard time financially called to cancel The lady I talked to told me because I haven't had a claim they would not charge me until April and if I did I would not have to pay the service call. I had a water leak and called told them where it was leaking not in foundation. I was charged the $100.00 service fee. The plumber came said it wasn't covered because it wasn't in foundation gave me a $975. Estimate he couldn't fix call someone from his company turned into a $4,975.00 charge. AHS charged my banking account twice within three days of the monthly contract amount. I called and was out on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected me. I want to also cancel my contract and no one allows me to do that as well. I am put on hold to investigate the double charges or to speak to someone to cancel my contract and get disconnected.

Poor communication with technician, almost a month has passed and my refrigerator and dryer are still inoperable. Awaiting parts for the refrigerator, the technician will not come and fix the dryer because he only gets paid for one trip (direct quote from technician).

I already paid premium at the beginning of the month. they didn't tell once I decrease/cancelled some of my service, it ended immediately. THEY SHOULD HAVE WARNED ME

For fixing a leak on a pipe inside my walls, I still had to pay a high amount of $$. And it seems that their call center is located in another country. Very hard to understand them every time I need to place a call to them, very frustrating!!
