All you had to do was say it was preexisting conditions. That would be the case for anyone who pays for the house that’s not brand new. I think you could even make the case for that.

Almost Everything is not in contract even though I bought the highest plan available.

I had a service call today for water pipe leaking on my home. I was told by the technician that it may not covered and he needs to get authorization from AHS first. In that case, I will terminate the two home warranty policies that I have with AHS. I have been with AHS for so many years, but when I need the service, and I will be treated like this. I don't want to be with AHS anymore.

Quick initial response after appliance issue. However, problems were not correctly diagnosed or resolved for over a month. After a month a replacement was recommended but only one 'feature matched product' was offered and it was conveniently out of stock. All similar level items had an associated 'upgrade' charge and customer service was completely inflexible and unhelpful. I m still waiting for an appropriate replacement to be in stock.

I had been very frustrated with my toilet not being repaired when they should have removed the toilet to unplug it and it is still not flushing correctly!

your company uses cheap vendors that do not show up on time and do not fix the problems

I've been a customer since 2019 and have had nothing but great things to say about them. Friendly and efficient staff, generally quick service. I recently had my dishwasher break and American Home Shield made several attempts to remedy the issue (which was great), unfortunately, it had to be replaced. The company they connected me with for the replacement was beyond horrible; they have 1.4 stars on Google and the reviews are some of the worst I've read.
