Communication. Length of time it took to fix the issue. I had to call someone else to fix the original problem. Just a waste of time and money.

All non- English speaking agents(difficult to understand) who read from a script and have no authority to help you. Everything is hurry up and wait: we'll I've been trying g to get my AC repaired since 6/8/22...I'm sleeping on the sofa ro try and keep cool and they are giving me BS excuses about my parts.

We have ask for a service call for over a week.No one returns our calls. When l contact the service Department they tell our request has been canceled as they can not find a contractor in my area

My last experience has been very poor. In March I requested a repair for my electric stove. The repair person said the part would not come until July! The stove worked intermittently until a month ago. THE STOVE DOES NOT WORK AND IT HAS NOT BEEN ADEQUATELY ADDRESSED. Seeking help
