I have been a customer for six years. Until this year I have been quite satisfied with the service. The last two episodes have been horrific. You have been unable to find contractors to service my request, and when she did find them it took weeks not days for them to show up if they showed up at all. Once I had to find my own contractor and I was told I would be reimbursed.Three months later I received the check. This is not satisfactory. Working with customer service is not a good experience. Most are hard to understand since they are foreigners who are extremely hard to understand. Secondly, it sounds as if they are reading a script without understanding what the problem is. Third, literally no follow thru nor follow up. Lastly, when trying to go to a higher level seems impossible and even when you do get to a higher level, it is a voicemail in which it does not matter if you leave your information - no one calls you back

I have been told for a week now that someone will be out to fix my ac. They have not shown up or called. I have asked for a different contractor to be sent and was told this one is all they have.

I was told on numerous occasions that someone will follow up with me regarding the issues I was having with the technician you sent within 24 hours but no one ever called back. It has been 8months since the initial ticket was created and I have spent $7,000 out of pocket plus the monthly installments to you but the issue is still not resolved.

It takes too long for repairs. My last refrigerator repair took 35 days to resolve. Not good.

My A/C is not working. Contractor came one pound of freon and left without checking the unit. The A/C still didn't work. We can not get the contractor to return our calls. The contractor is Billy's A/C service in Hurt, VA. It's been 17 days since we requested service. Billy's is not accredited by the BBB. I don't know why AHS uses them. This is the second time I have had trouble with this contractor. ime, put in one e time and put in a pound of freonn

We are in a rural area with limited service providers. When we need service we may have to wait a week or more before your service people can come to our area. Then we wait a week or more for ordered parts. It’s too slow of a response. Then if a the repair doesn’t work and a part isn’t available you want to rebuild a part. Again this is a huge inconvenience for people in rural areas. It could be a month before the appliance is fixed. Not acceptable. All of that to avoid replacing an already aging appliance.
