Put in a claim was told if i upgraded coverage they would approve claim.They did not . Would not use them. Paid my monthly fee for over a year . And the refused to pay after claim was put in.Rude people. Was told by 4 people after upgrading plan. The claim would be paid.when told supervisor this and they still would not pay. DO USe THEM. THEY lIe

I complained about a company that never called me and all AHS rep did was give them more time. I paid for service more than a week ago and I still have not had the service reserved.

It is not a good value for the price. You pay as much for the service call as you would pay for a regular technician. They don't cover hardly anything on real issues - ie foundation leak. They don't tell you when you call that they don't change out toilet wax rings/reseat toilets as a part of the service when that is a needed repair. The agent will send someone out after you have already paid the service fee and then you are told it is not covered.

I have paid $125 twice for visits and AHS would not help. So, I paid $250 plus two monthly fees for nothing. Also, I got the feeling that AHS was working with my insurance company, reporting risks I should fix, but they (ASH) gave me no guidance or help with fixing issues.

The issue at hand is unresolved and I have gone a week without air conditioning or any resolution for getting it fixed/repaired. The service company is not communicating consistently with me at all.

I have been a customer for 22 years. I purchased a new house and bought a warranty for the new house. AC wasn't working properly and they would not cover it.

Poor quality of contractors assigned the last year. Frustration with customer service as they are obviously trained to DENY EVERY CLAIM until you argue your point. I pay for this service. I have had AHS for several years and been satisfied until the last year. Not sure we will be continuing doing business with AHS.
