A lot of things AHS use to cover years ago when I signed up with them, they no longer cover

I do not have a pull chain on any fixture. The entire fixture is broken. This is not normal wear and tear. Terrible terrible

The coverage is misleading. My contract says it covers the replacement and repair of hot water heaters but my hot water replacement is not covered and I'm having to pay out of pocket. Not sure why i pay $60 a month when i have to pay out of pocket anyways

The first company I was scheduled with had all types of bad reviews from customers about not showing up for appointments and returning phone calls. I was scheduled with the anyways. And then they did not show up in the agreed upon window. I do not understand why AHS is contracting with a company that is known to be poor at customer service.
Sketchy terms, we bought a house, but two items will not be repaired because of some contract exception, I have no dishwasher or ice maker in my new home because of some contract exclusion. shame on this company.

The plumber did not fix the problem and insisted the problem was something different. I had to call another plumber outside of AHS who promptly fixed it.

I was extremely disappointed that I was turned down to have my air conditioning air ducts in the attic serviced. The company you sent out, the service man told me that all the ducts in the attic had holds in them from animals. I can not go up the ladder to check it out myself. I had several repairmen and others look up in the attic no one seen what the repairman seen. They have let me wait for over 3 weeks without getting my toilet fixed. Mostly speaking to Indian people who are very hard to understand. Nothing gets solved after 10+ phone calls
