Seriously. This is not worth it. Will not fix anything but the $85 dollar garbage disposal. All empty promises.

disclosures for hvac system where not clear. help with my ac unit denied due to wear and tear of the condenser. condenser is outside. in time the sun and all the outside elements will eventually cosmetically damage the ac condenser.

I had an awful experience with American Home Shield recently. My tankless hot water heater stopped heating the water. My issue is the time frame that a repair takes place. They try to hide behind so many different excuses to fix anything. My contractor assigned to the job spent a day on hold with the manufacturer of the water heater. Evidently, they have to try and described the problem and let the manufacturer tell them what to fix. If what they fix doesn't work, which is rarely covered by your warranty, you pay. Have medical issues ,took 3 days to get someone here to fix it . Not good with medical conditions .

Last year, I was told to ensure everything in house covered I needed the premium coverage. It was about $75 per month. Recently I had AC issues, and was told since I had multiple zones not covered. I feel lied too. I have had coverage for 4 years and rarely used it. Very disappointed
