My microwave blew fuses in February, repairman replaced but with incorrect fuses. They blew again, he replaced again and it was ok for 3 weeks. They blew again and something else had to be ordered. He NO showed a couple of times, then came, repaired and dropped it on the floor which damaged the housing. He took it to the shop. Kept getting the run around with customer service regarding my air conditioner. It was 94 degrees in the house and I had an elderly person with asthma. After almost 30 hours I was given the go ahead to source a vendor for repairs.

Does not cover items in plan. Uses an excuse that its a modification issue.

Reps are horrible and you can barely understand them! AHS hires the lowest quality vendors to come to your home and they do not seem to have experience to satisfy customer needs.

My refrigerator stopped working more than a month ago. The first technician you assigned to me could not come out for more than six weeks. The second one assigned came out quickly but the parts needed took almost two weeks. Two days after it was repaired, it stopped working again and I have been waiting for a week for someone to come out and look at it. You try living without a refriderator in this summer heat for almost two months and see how happy you are with the service.
