No one is customer service has any knowledge to resolve problems. They only know what the computer screen says. If the answer to your issue is not on the screen they are not able to answer questions.

While good with setting up appointments, you take way too long to decide on fix or replace issues. Case in point it took 2 separate appointments to figure out why my fridge was malfunctioning. In the meantime I am throwing out a lot of expensive food. According to my last service company, the repair was going to be very expensive and time consuming. My issues were rarely resolved to my satisfaction, but I had to pay each time anyway. I feel like I wasted a lot of money for the premiums then did not get the service promised.

We have had a claim for our A/C unit and it was denied, we had to buy a new A/C Unit and heater (the heater was damaged when water was dripping from the A/C unit). We were just recently denied our dryer claim even though a new motor is needed. The technicians have all been fine, it is just AHS not wanting to pay for anything to be fixed or replaced.

I have made repeated calls t check on a service order, the representative assured me each time that I would be contacted within 48 hours, but to date, no contact has been made. Also representatives are nice and helpful, but hard to understand.
