Inapt customer service people can't even speak the language. The lack of action on your part has caused extensive water damage to my house. It took over a week fighting with customers service rep to get a plumber out to my house while water leaked from the dishwasher all the way to the basement

It saves money on A/C repairs but only patches the systems so each year for the last several years we end up having to have something with one or both A/C units repaired

11/14/22 AHS and their contracted Prime Plumbing Co are terrible money hustlers. Warning, do not use either of the two. I had a leak in which one plumber out and screwed one thing, then 5 days later another Prime plumber came out for the same problem but said I needed a new service ticket for the same leak meaning I would have to pay another $100 dollars. So I didn't do it. Now my neighbor has water damage in her condo and the insurance and lawyers are handling this nightmare.

Often it has taken too long for service, i.e. waiting in the heat of summer for A/C parts to arrive at the service company, the. To have the wrong part arrive. Recent washing machine repair has been much better, although it was a warranty issue of the previously installed part, and we had to pay AHS normal service fee.

We thought A-US AIR CONDITIONING had done a good job and we left them a good review, a few hours later we discovered that when they blew out the condensate line, they separated a joint and water damaged the texture of the wall below. I have tried to contact them multiple times to see how they want to handle paying for the damage. Apparently, they want to do nothing. If AHS sends you to them, I would ask for someone else. Our problem is NOT with AHS other than that they said we just had to take it up with the contractor.

My first experience was awful, not their fault but the company that was assigned. I contacted them and I was placed with another company.
