Through no fault of myown you have delayed my check. I gave you my mailing address which is a P. O. Box and not my house address when signing up with your company. I received notification from Amanda K/Operations Coordinator /Executive Relations that my check was sent to my house address which has NEVER HAD A MAIL BOX. Then the represenative said there was no other way to resolve this issue but through her.

They expect you to maintain records/receipts of everything you do for the upkeep of your home as if you where a corporation/business. Don't do it yourself!

They let the furnace company charge me $300 for Sheet Metal work when they used all of the old stuff

A lot of my claims denied.Even if technicians say they gonna fix or replace it.AHS keeps on denying it.

Less than helpful with plumbing issues. Give up contacting them any further eith these issues.
The microwave broke. After having to wait for an appliance repairman he told me it might not be covered as it a counter top with a built in trim kit. After his visit your representatives kept telling me for a couple of weeks it was covered. Every day the kept telling the authorization dept. will be approving it in a day. Took 6 days to get someone technician to fix hot water heater was without for 6 days! Was not told this. There was no communication about the long wait. I had to call several times to make sure I would get the help I needed
AHS sent a tech who found nothing wrong. The next day the furnace would not run. Tried calling the tech twice and only got a recording with no chance for leaving message. I paid someone else to repair furnace.
