Last week y'all sent out infinity plumbing to fix a clogged drain in kitchen. When infinity came out the guy they sent out didn't look like a plumber. He was wearing basketball shorts and didn't seem interested in fixing clogged drain. He used a very small hand held auger, went to outside drain maybe 10 minutes later came back in and said clog couldn't be fixed. It needed to be hydro jetted and I may even have broken drain. Guess he thought he had X-ray vision cause he didn't put

AHS has severely disappointed us by raising our rates for the same coverage, increased the call out service fee from $75 to $100. I spoke with 3 representatives who gave me 3 different prices of my annual renewal and one person I spoke to didn't even know if I'd have to pay the annual rate or was able to split them in monthly payments (as current) - in fact, she told me that I would have to pay the annual rate AND then monthly payments in addition. Prodigy came out within 10 minutes to fix my main board. The refrigerator still not work. Fan compressor on top not working showing an error not cooling he went out town 1st weekend then had to wait a week for new part. He was going out of town at 2 on Friday. I found this out on Friday. I called him 3 times on Thursday never returned my call. Some he was leaving earlier I asked for tracking would not provide hot mad I asked & said was not going to fix. I have been paying American home shield for over 4 years and every blue moon I had an issue that required assistance. For example a sink would “clog up “ or something. Each provider that has come has done the minimum snaked a faucet and left. No one has ever really assessed the real issue and completed the job that needed to be done to rectify the overall issue ( which I thought was their main role to provide great customer and competent service ) . I have been waiting since the end of October for someone to come look at our heat pump,problem is still not fixed and its now the end of November I had to wait a month for my washer to finally be replaced

It took more than 3 weeks to get someone to fix my dishwasher, while I was telling repeatedly that the floor in the bathroom is all in water. So the floor ended up messed up and ahs did nothing to help me fix it. I’m done with this company.

If there is an issue that the company needs to follow up on, they rarely call back. Also, it seems that they look to find ways not to fix things properly.
