Shady terms and it seems they hire only mediocre people for the job.

They came and fixed my AC. But when they came the amount was changed. From American home shield sent Evolution heating and air conditioning, to my home to fix my AC. They called and said the amount was $495, then when they arrived the amount change. I went to my back to get a cashier's check for $595. Is was an increase of $100. When gave the check he said "I am sorry if is the wrong amount. It is only $495" We agreed that they would come out and check the furnace in the fall and AC in the spring. Splitting the $100. Chose a poor plumbing company that messed up job, did 2 recalls, but still had to pay twice to fix issue.

They removed my AC coverage & I doing know, I'm sure they were aware it was time for it to be replaced based off of the AC tech that was here last fall. What a scam. And now I've been paying $69 a month for no reason in my eyes. I mainly had it for the AC

Very very poor customer service always conflicting info. When there is conflicting info provided to customers it’s difficult resolve issues. I had to make at least 20 calls over the period of 1 1/2 months. Unauthorized charges made to my bank card. Also, HSA and AHS are related companies. I was paying for both, double coverage and was never made aware. Amazing does not apply in my state the word was pre populated in my rating and highlighted in green…. Shaking my head!!

I had to pay for a system that was supposed to be covered by my warranty. Still awaiting resolution after four months. Terrible experience.

While the advertisements and first pages of my warranty imply that my boiler would be completely covered for wear and tear. hidden on page 5 is the cap of $2000. This is not really a huge help when the quote from the only contractor they accepted came in at $12K. I got a quote for the whole job from my own oil company for $9600 total. When you consider that my policy is $500+ per year and there is a $120 deductible, the cost of the warranty isn't really that much off of the actual project. SCAM.
