They took the monthly payment out of my account two days early and overdraft er my account. Then they said they gave me two months premiums for free for the inconvenience. And now they are sending me emails every other day saying my payment is behind. Every time I call I get somebody in the Philippines that doesn't understand what I'm trying to tell them. Just bad overall experience with the servicing side. I would like someone in the US to call me and try to straighten this out because I'm getting tired of it.

Home Shield has done nothing but dodge their policy agreement with us. They have not repaired our ac system and we have received nothing but double talk from them when we try to resolve the situation.

AHS did not complete my claim properly, and did not communicate properly. then the customer service rep was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been waiting for over 7 months to have paid 2 service fees for one appliance and AHS has still not fixed it. they send out one company after another and now we are having a 5th company come to see the same appliance. another appliance was looked at and I was told that parts will be ordered for it. now AHS is telling me that they sent an email to let me know that its not covered ... read more

For the most part they were good until we chose to have an AC unit replaced and they were supposed to cover the cost of the repair parts that they were contractually required to do when we chose replacement over repair. Even after submitting receipts, they just stopped communicating and after many attempts we just gave up and cancelled their service.

Our refrigerator has been inoperable for three weeks. Took over a week to get a repairman here and after 20 minutes I was told the compressor was out. He told me a week ago that it had to be ordered and we haven't heard anything since until I called yesterday and was told the compressor had been ordered.

You were RUDE and unwilling to help. I had to ask for help from friends to get ANYWHERE from this company. Sue M finally helped. The reps on the phone laughed in my face and did ZERO TO HELP. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ice maker was replaced, broke a2 months later. Have to open a new ticket and pay $85. Still don't have a working ice maker. Shower spout replaced but not sealed to wall. Was told that is cosmetic. Leaving tickets for super urgent. Once settled in house will terminate service.

The two times we've needed immediate help, they were unavailable. First poor experience was when our tenant experienced a backup in their plumbing, and AHS plumber was unable to get out to take care of it....which then cost us $600......next situation is actually happening as I type. Tenants air conditioning went out ( in Arizona with 100+ weather) and caused the family with two small children to have to go stay somewhere else. Could not even guarantee they could get a tech out there on Monday. Very disappointing. Very likel... read more
