I contacted customer service over 10 days ago about a repair that had been done at my house. I didn't receive a new ceiling and bathroom fan. They put a replacement part in and it does not work. I am seriously thinking about changing home warranty plans.

AHS gradually raised my rated and deleted some of the options I had on my policy without my knowledge. During the time I used the company for issues it was very difficult to get service scheduled in a timely manner as well as get goo techs out to complete the work. I have left AHS and went to Choice Home Warranty.

We had to wait 4 weeks for delivery of an item and the item was already delivered to the 3rd party to install. They then told us we had to be home for the delivery, which was fine. However, I had to take off work to be home during the 3-7pm time frame and the installer came at 1:00 - messaged me that he was eating dinner at 5:00 and couldn't make it back to install my machine. American home shield needs to evaluate the company's they work with or atop charging us deductibles. Everytime I used the services I paid my 75 dollar faithfully and had to go through hell and high waters just to get a resolution. Which I should not have to since I am paying every month on time and pay my deductible. Am looking for other home warranty services.

I am very frustrated with AHS. I have emailed everything they asked for and to the address they told me, but for some reason AHS doesn't have it. After sending the invoice for an approved reimbursement AHS said it would take 14-21 days. So, I called 30 days later only to find out they said they never received the second email. I sent it again for the third time at the exact address they told me. I called again yesterday and the person said he didn't see it. Someone needs to call me and get this problem solved.
